Every site you visit is covered in advertising you didn't ask for, sold by companies you've never heard of, at prices nobody will tell you.

This is the opposite.

One space. One owner at a time. The price in plain sight, set by nothing except what the last person was willing to pay. No second slot, no rate card, no negotiation. If you think it is worth more than it currently costs, you say so by paying.

Whoever holds it owns the only advertisement on this website. That is the whole offer.

Every holder stays in the record at the foot of the front page, permanently, with what they paid. Nothing there is invented and nothing is removed when somebody is displaced.

I don't know how far it goes. That is the interesting part.
